...in reality we all know how to pray. Remember the last time when you were almost in a car accident. What was the first thing that came out of your mouth? Well, maybe the second? Quite often "Oh God, help me!" Or if you are in school and you are witting that dreaded final exam, "God if you help me pass this exam I`ll go to Church." Not that we should barter with God but it illustrates a point, we all pray.

And so we don`t need to make prayer a big complicated thing. Some of us, like newborn babies do not know how to speak to our Heavenly Father very well. So we start off with the best we know. We open our mouth and just let the best we can go. Start simple but the key here is to start. And then like the newborn baby your words will begin to take shape and it will over time become second nature to you.
